  • SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided their phone number and consented to receive communications through our clients' lead forms, ad platforms, or direct inquiry
  • Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message
  • Replying HELP to any message provides contact information for assistance
  • Message frequency varies based on lead engagement. New leads may receive up to 2-4 messages per week during initial follow-up. Long-term follow-up contacts receive approximately 1 message per month. Message frequency decreases automatically for contacts who do not respond
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable SMS regulations
  • We support carrier-standard opt-out keywords (STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE)

Our clients are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their leads before those leads enter our system. We provide compliant consent language and opt-in mechanisms for our clients' forms.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • With our clients: Lead data and conversation history are shared with the client (dealership or business) on whose behalf the communication occurs. Clients own their lead data.
