Leads often go to whoever answers first.

They write when you are closed

Leads arrive at night and on weekends. The first real answer often wins the visit.

One reply, then silence

Buyers need more than one touch. A busy team sends one and moves on.

Five inboxes, no owner

Texts, Facebook, Instagram, web chat and listing sites each land somewhere different.

Before you buy more leads, answer the ones you have.

ExampleSummit Motors is a made-up dealership. In this example, DAS goes by Sara.

What dealers ask about the assistant.

What is DAS?

DAS is the Dealer Ad Solutions AI. It answers your leads, follows up and books visits, using the name your store chooses for it; in our examples it goes by Sara.

How fast does the AI assistant answer a lead?

The AI assistant answers every message within a minute, day or night, weekends and holidays included. A new form or listing-site lead, or a missed call, gets its first text within minutes between 8 AM and 8 PM, in your dealership's time zone and, when we know it, the customer's. At night, that first text waits until after 8 AM, because texting quiet hours apply.

Does the AI assistant quote prices or financing?

The assistant can share the listed website price of a vehicle it found in your inventory. It is built never to quote payments, rates, approvals, trade values or out-the-door numbers; a reply that tries is held back and handed to your team.

Is AI texting compliant?

Every store's texting is registered with the mobile carriers before it goes live. The assistant tells customers it is a digital assistant whenever they ask. A customer who sends STOP, by text or on Messenger, Instagram or web chat, gets one confirmation and no more automated messages until they text START again. Payments, rates, approvals and trade values go to your team. Getting your leads' consent to be texted stays your dealership's job.

Can AI lead follow-up work next to our BDC?

AI lead follow-up can work next to an existing BDC. The assistant takes the first reply, nights and weekends, and months of follow-up, then hands customers who are ready to your BDC with a briefing. Your BDC keeps the phones and the conversations that need a person. Your team can leave the assistant a note, pause it or take over any conversation at any moment.

What does our dealership have to do during setup?

During setup, your dealership tells us how the store works and sends its legal name and tax ID for texting registration. We connect your lead sources, set up your calendar, build and test the rest, train your team, and check the assistant against real leads with you before it goes live. Facebook, Instagram and website chat go live first, while texting registration is approved.

How long is a Dealer Ad Solutions contract?

Dealer Ad Solutions' AI follow-up packages have a 90-day minimum, the same 90 days the guarantee covers. After that, and for advertising on its own from the start, you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice; service ends at the close of the billing period in which those 30 days run out. There are no setup fees.

What is the 90-day guarantee?

The 90-day guarantee: 5 qualified appointments in your first 90 days, or we keep working your leads free until you have them, for up to 90 more days. It applies to every AI follow-up package. Conditions apply, including at least 100 new leads every 30 days unless we also run your ads; every condition is listed on the guarantee page. Here 100 new leads means 100 new people: a message is never a lead, and spam, duplicates, wrong numbers and someone who opts out on their first message do not count.
